Box Hill Institute Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Coordinator, Len Raines has received the Air Conditioning & Mechanical Contractor’s Association (AMCA) Distinguished Service Award at the Training Achievement Awards and Industry dinner night held on Saturday 7 September 2019.

Accompanied by Box Hill Institute senior leaders, Len was recognised for his longstanding contribution to the industry and his strong reputation as a teacher.

Visual merchandise and retail has provided Fiona Heseltine with wonderful experiences, friendships and challenges. It’s never dull, you work hard and there is always inspiring stories, brands and experiences to share and learn from.

The future of visual merchandising is a hot topic at the moment due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and Fiona thinks, “It’s more important than ever to have an authentic story and product offer where you genuinely put your clients and credibility first through a sustainable lens. Meet Steph Elkington. She's a creative makeup artist, hair stylist and prosthetic technician who teaches our Diploma of Screen and Media course. Steph has a passion for using makeup to tell stories and is known as an imaginative powerhouse who brings a detailed understanding of arts and culture to her work.
